Our Cleaning Products
We use primarily non-toxic, Eco-friendly cleaning products.
For disinfecting we use a combination of Clorox Hydrogen Peroxide Disinfecting Wipes and Seventh Generation disinfecting spray. Both are approved by the CDC and EPA to kill flu and coronaviruses, are non-toxic, and perfectly safe for you, your children, and your pets.
Upon request, we will use cling-bleach in toilets as well as other products you prefer and provide, as long as we are comfortable handling them.
For general cleaning we use an unscented vinegar solution.
To properly care for your wood floors, we use Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner (free & simple, hypoallergenic formula), as well as specialty hardwood floor attachments on our Miele vacuums to prevent scratching.
For carpet & upholstery cleaning, we have multiple options:
Biokleen Bac-Out unscented enzyme cleaner (excellent for pet messes).
Simple Green Antibacterial Carpet Cleaner
Unscented white vinegar
Our Service Area
Collective Cleaners is based out of Florence, MA. The majority of our availability is in the River Valley & Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts.
Our Sliding Scale
How much do we cost?
We bill on a sliding scale from $50-$90/hr. Our rates enable us to pay our employees $23-$31/hr plus travel time, annual bonuses, 401(k) contributions, and paid-time-off. The company provides and maintains all equipment and insurance, as well as marketing and administrative overhead.
When you pay on the higher end of the scale, that money goes back to our team in the form of year-end bonuses and/or wage & benefit increases. Thank you for supporting our small business!
We are always happy to work within a set budget. If you give us a detailed priority list, we will handle your most important priorities first and get through as much as possible without exceeding your budget cap.
